Först en lunch på Stockholms Poloklubb och sen en galamiddag på Stockholm Sheraton!

Två event, ett mål – bygga för den svenska gastronomins framtid!

Polo, hattar och champagne!

Den 19 september bjuder vi in till en dag vid polobanan, med mingel, champagne, lunch, hattparad och självklart ska vi trampa tuvor!

Vi samlas på Stockholms Poloklubb mellan 10:00-10:30 och börjar med att mingla och njuta av champagne fram till att spelet börjar. Matcherna startar kl. 11:00 och de spelar ungefär 4-5 chukkas á 7,5 minuter och håller på ca 1-1,5 h totalt. Under spelets gång kommer vi även kunna bidra med att på klassiskt maner hjälpa till att trampa tuvor så planen håller sig fin för spelarna. Därefter serveras lunch omkring 12:00.

Lunchen tillagas på plats av Chaine des Rôtisseurs Maître Cajsa Johansson tillsammans med hennes team. Med inspiration från Argentina. Evenemanget görs till förmån för våra tävlingar! Kom, njut och var med och bidra. 

Pris för lunchen: 850 kr

Pris för del i transport från Stockholm och tillbaka: 350 kr

Galamiddag på Stockholm Sheraton  - på med bästa stassen!

Den 19 september klocka 18:30 bjuder vi in till en kväll med tidigare vinnare av Årets Unga Kock i köket tillsammans med Sheratons köksmästare och tillika Chaine des Rôtisseurs Maître Pontus Wellen.

Vi kommer att få avnjuta fördrink med snittar, en spännande fyra rätters middag med välmatchade viner och en härlig feststämning. Allt som hör en galamiddag till. Middagen görs till förmån för våra tävlingar, kom, njut och var med och bidra. 

Pris för middagen: 2800 kr

Polo, Hats and Champagne!

On 19 September, we invite you to spend a day by the polo field, enjoying mingling, champagne, lunch, a hat parade, and of course, the traditional divot stomping!

We will gather at Stockholm Polo Club between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m., beginning the day with champagne and socializing before the matches start. Play commences at 11:00 a.m. The matches consist of approximately 4–5 chukkas of 7.5 minutes each, lasting around 1–1.5 hours in total.

During the match, guests will also have the opportunity to participate in the classic polo tradition of helping to replace divots on the field, ensuring the playing surface remains in excellent condition for the players. Lunch will be served at approximately 12:00 noon.

Lunch will be prepared on site by Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Maître Cajsa Johansson and her team, inspired by the flavors of Argentina.

Gala Dinner at the Stockholm Sheraton – Dress to Impress!

On 19 September at 6:30 p.m., we invite you to an unforgettable evening featuring previous winners of Young Chef of the Year in the kitchen, together with the Sheraton’s Executive Chef and Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Maître Pontus Wellen.

Guests will enjoy a welcome drink with canapés, an exciting four-course dinner paired with carefully selected wines, and a wonderful festive atmosphere—everything you would expect from a gala dinner.

The dinner is held in support of our competitions. Come, enjoy, and help contribute to the future of gastronomy.
