Vi gör en sommarutflykt till Ala gård strax söder om Ala kyrka. Vi ses där kl 14:00

En oas för allt från antikviteter, självplock av odlade blommer och inte minst det fantastiska cafet där bakverken från eget bageri, Bakverket i Eke och Babka från Visby, är en upplevelse.

Gotland - Smaka på Salthamn

Vi gör ett besök i Salthamn med start 12.30  där  trädgårdsmästaren Simon inleder med att berätta om odlingarna. www.salthamn.se

I Fabriken hälsar Magnus och Jacqueline oss välkomna. De berättar om Salthamns historia och verksamheten och vision som den ser ut idag.

Vi serveras en lunchanpassad viariant av deras Family Style.

Stockholm - Galamiddag på Stockholm Sheraton - på med bästa stassen!

Den 19 september klocka 18:30 bjuder vi in till en kväll med tidigare vinnare av Årets Unga Kock i köket tillsammans med Sheratons köksmästare och tillika Chaine des Rôtisseurs Maître Pontus Wellen. Vi kommer att få avnjuta fördrink med snittar, en spännande fyra rätters middag med välmatchade viner och en härlig feststämning. Allt som hör en galamiddag till. Middagen görs till förmån för våra tävlingar, kom, njut och var med och bidra.

OMGD - Gotland

En rad driftiga entusiastiska entreprenörer har under senare år etablerat en livskraftig och kvalitativ produktion av öl, vin och sprit som numera starkt bidrar till ön Gotlands kulinariska profil.

Mot bakgrund av detta har vi glädjen att bjuda in till tre dagar då det ges tillfälle att introducera er till OMGD och några exempel på vad Gotland idag har att erbjuda i form av dryck tillsammans med lokal mattradition.

At 11:00, we celebrate the Intronisation Ceremony for new members and promotions, followed at 12:00 by a Chant d’Éole garden reception and a five-course gastronomic lunch. This tradition was initiated by our Conseiller Culinaire Jean-Baptiste Thomaes and is now organised by Maître Rôtisseur Martin Simonnard, the young creative chef of Château du Mylord. The competition starts early in the morning, when our young talents will demonstrate their skills, creativity and discipline in a professional setting. From 16:00 onwards, members, guests and visitors of the Chaîne are warmly invited to join us, support the candidates and share the excitement of the final moments.
