The competition starts early in the morning, when our young talents will demonstrate their skills, creativity and discipline in a professional setting. From 16:00 onwards, members, guests and visitors of the Chaîne are warmly invited to join us, support the candidates and share the excitement of the final moments. The Bailliage du Danemark invites Confrères and Consœurs from around the world to Copenhagen, 21-23 January 2027. We open on Thursday with dinner at Restaurant No. 2 on the Christianshavn waterfront, little sister of the two-Michelin-starred AOC. On Friday we meet at Sans Souci, a classic Frederiksberg bistro serving its neighbourhood since 1902. On Saturday the Grand Chapitre takes place at the Hotel d'Angleterre, the grand old hotel on Kongens Nytorv: induction and promotion ceremony in Salon Louis XVI, cocktails, and the Grand Dîner under the glass ceiling of the Palm Court. Dress code: black tie. Each evening is booked separately at webshop.chaine.dk; the gala seats 160. We hope to see you in January.
