12 members of Närke-Bergslagen, once again had a great gastronomic experience. Dinner was served in “Kötthimlen”, a fantastically nice place that got its name after a meat tenderizer was placed there. Oh, there were heavenly flavors in both the food and drinks we got to experience. Grythyttan’s Oscar Jönsson led us earlier in the day through the wine cellar and in the evening through the entire menu. For dinner we were joined by Mia Spendrup and Marie Dahlgren, who told us about Grythyttan and Loka Brunn.
